Please notify us of your arrival time so that we can be here to welcome you. For those arriving before 12.00 am please note that in the case of a change over your room may not be ready.

Unfortunately we do not allow our guests to bring their pets, however an exception can be made by prior arrangement in case of persons with disabilities.

We ask you to respect our non-smoking policy inside our dwellings.

Parents with children should note our swimming pool is fenced.

Rooms are not serviced on Sundays, Christmas Day, New Years Day and on public holidays.

How to find us

• From Cape Town airport follow signs to N2, direction Kaapstad / Cape Town.
• Leave N2 to join M3, sign-posted Muizenberg.
• Follow M3 and turn right at the first set of traffic lights, sign-posted Hout Bay & Kirstenbosch (= M63). Continue on this road (Rhodes Ave) and turn right at the T-junction following signpost to Hout Bay.
• You are now on a winding road leading up to a roundabout.
• Go straight across the roundabout and follow the road (3.5km) down into Hout Bay.
• Once you’re in HB follow the signs for the World of Birds that is situated on Valley Road. Turn right into Welbevind Way at the 2nd stop sign. Our entrance is at the end of this cul-de-sac.

50% Deposit on confirmation of booking
